She mainly teaches in early childhood education centers, youth areas, organizations and social integration of people at social disadvantage, and organizations for people with intellectual disabilities. Currently is Profesora Asociada in Faculty of Education (UAM) since 2011, Evaluator of the Expert Council of Social Pedagogy Journal of the University Pablo de Olavide (Sevilla), and Editorial Board of the Journal Educational Trends Department of Theory and Teaching Education UAM.

She is a member of the research group GIPDI (Research Group for Social Inclusion and Employment of Persons with Intellectual Disability), recognized by UAM, where she is the technological coordination and the coordinator of the research Leisure Management. Her doctoral project focused on youth and digital competences in non formal education. The research topics she focuses on are the following: Leisure as a human development, Youth policies as a supranational level and Social and labor inclusion of people with disabilities.
