Judit Font Redolad is an assistant professor in Social Work in the Department of Pedagogy at the University of Girona. She has a Master’s in Youth and Society from the University of Girona and a degree in Sociology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. She has worked on projects and social action related to migration, youth and labor policy in Barcelona and Girona. She works as a coordinator of the project “Ateneu Popular 9 Barris” in Barcelona.
She is currently a doctoral student and her research interests are new forms of urban marginality and its influence on youth, the impact of labor policy and analyzing the discourse of exclusion.
